Vitamins That Make the Body Alkaline

Creating a body that is more alkaline than acidic improves your health and may prevent cancer. Cancer can't thrive in an alkaline environment; however, it grows quickly in an acidic body. Your body naturally becomes more acidic as you age, making you more susceptible to cancer. You can, however, make lifestyle choices to keep your body in a more alkaline state. Drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes and eating junk food can also create an acidic environment in the body.

Spirulina

To have a healthy body from the inside out, there are certain healthy foods you can eat, such as raw organic carrots and beets, but you can also take vitamins and other super food supplements to help your body become more alkaline. Spirulina is a vitamin supplement that comes from the sea. It is a blue green sea algae loaded with a high doses of vitamin A, C, and E. This combination helps the body become more alkaline.
